    The practice was relatively easy to contact and offered me an appointment the same day. I was seen on time and the consultation was very thorough. Results of tests were communicated two days later with further advice. Very good experience and very helpful staff .

    Rang for an appointment, the first opportunity to see a doctor was in four weeks time. This was improvement on the last two times I'd rang, with appointments in six and five weeks time. This practice is failing badly at delivering an efficient service. I have no idea what their problem is, could it be a difficulty with recruiting more doctors? I wish there was an option of going to another practice, because this one is not fit for purpose.
