I had an appointment of ear syringing last Wednesday because I felt water in my ear, no pain. After checking my ears, the nurse told me that my ears were clear, my ears problem maybe caused by other part of my body. She recommended to make an appointment with GP. Therefore, I went to Poplar House and made another appointment last Thursday morning, I told the staff my situation and needed to talk to the GP face to face. I was told GP would call me back that day. But I requested to have an appointment with GP face to face. I was afraid I couldn't listen clearly on the phone. I told the staff the appointment could be made the other day. Finally, she made an appointment at the PCT surgery on Friday night. I went to PCT surgery and found that the appointment was ear syringing again. I think the staff did not listen to my need and made the right appointment. It's really waste my time.

The whole experience was very professional and helpful. I was offered advice and reassurance. I was very pleased with everything.

I called late in the day - short wait on the phone and was answered by a very helpful receptionist. My request for an appointment and prescription were sorted immediately. Excellent friendly service.
