Review titled Worst time management
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 26 January 2025
Everytime I have an appointment I am left to wait 30 mins at least. They play the radio very loudly in the waiting room, where sick people who are already tired have to sit with the noise. One of the receptionists is very unhelpful and wouldn't reschedule my appointment which I waited 40 mins for and was very tired and got a headache from the music they played. I'm very unhappy with my experience and hope when appointments are booked in the future that patients can attend in a timely manner. I understand that the doctors are busy but the patients also have things to attend to.

Review titled Just brilliant
Rated 5 stars out of 5

My elderly parents, my children, husband and self are all registered here with our varying ailments. I can’t recommend this surgery enough. The e-consult system is fantastic, when a face to face appointment is required it’s given and in other circumstances referrals, prescriptions or further discussions can be had. I feel very lucky that my family have access to this brilliant service. Thank you.

Review titled Great practice - efficient booking system and friendly staff
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Rebecca - Posted on 03 July 2024
I have been a patient at this practice for two years and, due to numerous health conditions, have had appointments with quite a few of the doctors and nurses. All of them have been friendly, professional and efficient. I was especially impressed with how they dealt with my mental health concerns - I felt genuine empathy and care. The online booking system is very efficient and you hear back from a doctor very quickly.

Review titled Econsult service is great
Rated 5 stars out of 5

My experience of the practice is great. I find their econsult system great. Reply is prompt and often over text which fits well with my lifestyle. I think their approach to digital consultations and balance with face to face assessments is very good. Would strongly recommend the practice to friends and neighbours.

Review titled Great staff, lots of availability
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Matt - Posted on 03 July 2024
Over the past year or so both me and my partner have had reason to have more frequent contact with the NHS than we would like to! That being said, we both feel we've been treated with respect and kindness every time we've attended. Appointments are arranged quickly and the staff are outstanding. Over the past couple of years I've had had interactions with GPs, Nurses and Phlebotomists at the practice, I can confidently say each one of them does a fantastic job. Thank you!

One particular doctor here is absolutely amazing..literally everything you could want in a GP. They are so knowledgeable and so lovely too..I don’t know how I would have got through my menopause without them.

Review titled Poor customer service
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Front desk personnel can deal with patients with a better attitude. If they don't want to do the job perhaps look for something else and leave it to people who can be more courteous. Our taxes pay NHS salaries. Knowledge on procedures and services available are rather poor. Training needed.
