I joined this practice about a month ago and I have nothing but praise. Firstly the receptionist are very helpful. If I phone up , my call is answered really quickly and staff are so helpful. Secondly the Klinik form is also answered promptly, in my last practice it took several weeks to reply to me! Lastly the dispensary ladies really impressed me too they were so quick on arranging a prescription I couldn’t believe it, and how lovely the ladies were too. All in all excellent service. I have to mention the lovely Doctor too. Who was also extremely helpful! So thank you to you all!

I would just like to say a big thankyou to the Drs who I saw & spoke to on the phone during the last 4-5 months. I was treated with kindness & compassion on what proved to be a very challenging time. With the support from them & my Psychologist I feel more confident & know in future how to bring to my day tools & hobbies to look after my wellbeing.

I understand that there are staff shortages (again!) but I ordered a repeat prescription 11 days ago. I received a confirmation email saying it had been received and to allow 4 working days to receive it. I chased it up today by phone and was told by someone in an abrupt way that it was not in stock and that they are not able to contact people individually when this is the case. I said I had run out and was told if they receive a new supply today they will send it out . I just have to wait and guess when it will arrive.

I do not know how it is possible for someone to leave details of distressing, debilitating symptoms after a drastic decrease of medications in an e-consult Klinik form, and to ask for one of them to be reinstated to help, only to be told that I would be contacted 9 days, yes, nine days later! Had to go to 111 to get the help I should have got from my surgery, which just keeps going downhill. The result of my phone call to chase this up 6 days, yes, six days later? The receptionist helped me with another Klinik form.

Unfortunately I’ve had to ask for medical help a few times this year which has been difficult for me as I was always worried I would be wasting time and making a big deal out of nothing, but the kindness I have been shown by this practice’s GP and trainee GP have been beyond exceptional, the trainee GP was so kind and compassionate during my I was shocked by his kindness and was reassured I had done the right thing he took the time to talk to me and made me feel as if I was not alone which was an instant relief I cannot thank him enough, and the other GP was amazing when it came to helping me with a sudden onset of severe pain and was incredibly thorough and with his treatment I was out of pain very quickly which was a huge relief, in a time where GP’s are not portrayed in a great light in the media or online it’s a relief to know I’m with a practice that has amazing GP’s and staff that really seem to care about their patients and not made to feel as if your appointment is rushed, these GP’s take their time with the patients and really aim to help and make a difference, thank you so much for everything
