The doctor was friendly, welcoming, reassuring and informative. The reception staff were very helpful in moving an appointment and were friendly and polite.

Arrived early, and went into appt for bloods early. Nurse nice lady, was very efficient, and bloods taken with very little pain, and not much bruising. Fine.

The nurse i had a consultation with was honest and up front with me. But I'm still waiting for a phone call from a doctor, to confirm the nurses diagnosis.

E-Consult worked fine and got a helpful response next day. Went for blood tests and Nurse said they would be online next day, they are still not there and nor are any tests from past 6 years, have latest version of Nhs App and even if all clear, you need that reassurance and with them will inevitably worry and end up contacting surgery again.

My diabetic management has been hospital based for over a decade. Having moved house Portsdown practice is our new surgery and i was offered a review through them. I can honestly say it was the best experience i've had at a GP's surgery in relation to my condition for sooo long!! Amazingly friendly staff. I might even be able to improve things without venturing to QA if this service is anything to go by

A call back instead of waiting on the phone 10/10. Call back from Dr within the hour 10/10. Prescription ready within the hour 10/10. Absolutely brilliant service with friendly people.

Submitted an e consult essentially 2 issues causing the Utimate Problem. Filed under the Ultimate Problem. Response was that I needed to resubmit my 2 issues (causing the same outcome/Problem) as 2 separate e-consults because putting 2 things onto 1 e-consult (even though they are linked) is not allowed. When access to GP is an issue this has essentially wasted 1 e-consult slot and will waste 2 more as I diligently resubmit my issues onto two separate forms With The Same Information! Ridiculous! If there are resudual questions upon receipt of the e-consult, because further info is required then you should Book An Appointment to clarify these, or if too complex for an admin to triage /deal with send to a clinician; don't just bat patients away for "administrative reasons " You will receive the same information about my plight twice more now!? This is ludicrous - what a waste. Making the patient the centre of care- baloney!! This is for your administrative convenience & you'd know that if you read my e-consult because I've done your job and told you what I need and why. Disgruntled Clinician.

The appointment was at a convenient time, although as I arrived early I had a short (5 min) wait.. The Nurse was polite, pleasant and carried out the test efficiently with no discomfort to me.

Very friendly and reassuring. When I told them I was anxious about the process they were very reassuring and supportive. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and polite.

i need to request repeated prescription for 150 mg of Venlafaxine capsules or tablets doesnt matter because i am taking this dose as was adviced by my GP already 4 weeks. i do not understand why you didnt send me tge form for review earlier and i have to call 111 every week because i am running out of my medications and hace huge withdrawal effects for 5 days until i get againe dose for 75 mg only. i feeling good taking dose of 150 mg

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have had issues gaining your medication, due to requiring a medication review needing to be completed first. We do usually ensure that we give plenty of notification when these are due, I am sorry if this was not the case. I will share this with the team to enable us to take on learning from your experience.
