    Firstly i have had excellent service from this practice and leave this review as was given an appointment several days away. I totally understand that this is beyond anyones control and dont mind explaining to receptionist why i need appointment despite how personal. I do worry if they are expected to triage if not appropriately trained however as unfair on them to make clinical decisions if not. I will say the advice to go to A and E was sound advice but my process of being dealt with could have been expedited but being provided for a number for a walk in facility at Whiston hospital and saved my 5 hours waiting. The level of service should not be related to who you speak to when calling and mostly so very helpful and understanding, but the Practice is only as good as your last interaction with them. I thanks those who go out of way to help and assist me when i contact, and perhaps those who don't related to training and being overworked as it is one busy practice.

    100% service GP listened to me about all my concerns regarding my health, I left feeling good about my concerns. The female doctor I saw was professional and reassuring . I hope I am able to have my future appointments with her.

    Me and my family have been registered with this surgery for 2 years now have been seen on a handful of occasions and always been treated with professionalism and care by clinical and admin team. My latest visit was for my toddler who had been poorly for over 2 weeks with a cough. We have all been unwell with this, but although I hadn’t booked in for myself the GP asked if he could listen to my chest too and issued me with antibiotics also. I never asked the GP, but his caring nature went the extra step in what short time they have per consultation to help me also. I’m very grateful for this especially understanding how stretched primary care is currently. Thankyou.

    I have recently ring for meds but was told that I needed to see a doctor first but they didn't have any appts left for that day but to book online and I would get a call back that day..I got a text telling me to ring reception to book an appt! In desperation I rang 111 who talked me through symptoms and agreed that I would need meds so they arranged with the doctor to ring me back that day which happened (why couldn't that have happened anyway??) I was subsequently asked to go into the surgery to be examined and I ended up with the meds that I initially had asked for but at what cost?? ...My time filling in the online form, the doctor having to read it and 'get rid' of me by bouncing me back to reception, 111's time taken up and costs involved for me to get an appt that I needed. The reception staff over time have become more obstructive and generally unhelpful, but they do seem to have a high turnover of staff which isn't good. This is not the first time I have been told to fill out the online form, promised to get a phone call back the same day and they getting an email back to tell me to ring in to book an appt, ridiculous. The only good thing about my latest fiasco was that the doctor called me in and I am now getting what appears to be a full mot.
