I have a wonderful experience reception staff were helpful and recently have received an appointment within 2 weeks. Staff are friendly and helpful, they offered me the best option for my problem and the GP responded quite quickly. Thank you.

They are not helpful at all, they only continually told me to fill out 'Patchs' on their website and did not offer appointments or help. After I filled out multiple 'Patchs' about the same issue, they gave me appointments nearly a month after my issue, and in the appointment, they did not listen to me and the doctors were very rude. They patronised me and claimed I had no problems, despite me filling out several 'Patchs' and wasting my time. They are rude and inefficient as they do not solve your problems or even attempt to listen to you. I was told I had no issues whilst I was in severe pain.
