I have used this GP practice for almost 16 years. Over the years I have had different experiences with them - especially in terms of getting an appointment. However, over the last one year I have had to use the services of the surgery multiple times. I must admit that the ability to see a GP or other practitioner has become much easier. It took a bit of learning on my part. I now go to the econsult or patient access and put in my symptoms and I get a response the same day indicating the next steps. This is followed by a call from a health practitioner or a GP appointment. Getting to speak to a medical practitioner or seeing a GP is a lot more streamlined than before. Getting medication is also much better. The administration of appointments and medication has improved significantly over the last two or three years - not just with this GP but in general with the primary care. For example, I got my blood pressure and pulse measured at my pharmacy. This information is then fed back to the GP. This is a great improvement in our healthcare. Most people write in to say what difficulties they have faced while access GP services. This note is to show appreciation of the support this GP practice has given me and the improvement in the quality of administration over the last few years. While I am sure many more things need improvement, but the recent changes are in the right direction.

Kindly hire very polite and helpful receptionist for patient. When patient called over the phone they answered very rudely and not listening what patient are saying. They do not have any manner how to talk to patient or human. They also not giving any emergency appointment to see doctor and always said fill the econsult form which is takes 3/4 days as my Experienced. This service extremely poor. Not refereeing to any other people to registered in this GP practice.

Calling time and waiting time also longer more than 40 minutes after waiting when they receive the call the staff said fill the e consultant form I don’t like to mention the staff name ( receptionist) her voice is not good sound I don’t know why they have appointment option in the phone line.even if we get the appointment they are not happy to welcome in the surgery mainly disappointing patients for waiting over the phone

My husband and I have been receiving treatment for the past month . Doctor was asked by our doctor from our surgery to treat us for our ailments and doctor done a great job and he explained to us with .great caring ..

I called today to book an appointment with my GP. I had a ichy rush and I was in pain. I explain the problem to Reception. The Reception staff was rude and very unprofessional and uhelful. The member of staff doesnt respect the patient dignity and is very confrontational in stead being helpful. The member of staff doesn't understand the patient's need and act very unkind and personal. The member of staff in Reception is clearly in the wrong job. This particular member must not work with public and especially with venerable people.

I walked in to register as a patient with this GP surgery in October 2023, as it is in my catchment area. I handed in the filled in application form together with all supporting documents and was told by the receptionist that they will register me and send me a message to come to the surgery for first checkup. I never received any form of message from them. On 17 Nov. 2024 I accessed my NHS application on my mobile phone to change my phone and email address. I was surprised to see my previous home address in Oxford. I realized that they did not register me. I walked in to the surgery on 18 Nov. 2024 to enquire. There I recognized the receptionist to whom I handed in my registration documents. When I confronted them, they said I was not in their system as a patient and they have not received any registration documents from me. I said that I will report them to both the GMC and the NHS.

I did an online appointment, I have a pain in my chest . I can’t stay on the line every morning because it’s take hours and I am on my working shift. So I decided to do an online appointment. They call me to 2 . One in the morning my phone was ringing only one time when I wanted to pick up the phone the call ended and the second time in the afternoon , same think . They presume that they call me but my phone was ringing only one time . Since than nothing , no one get in touch with me . No message no email , nothing . This is the second time , 2 months ago when I wanted to do some blood tests for my daughter.
