  1. Review titled Mismanagement and bad practise

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Dr Ammar Chiter - Posted on 18 November 2024

I walked in to register as a patient with this GP surgery in October 2023, as it is in my catchment area. I handed in the filled in application form together with all supporting documents and was told by the receptionist that they will register me and send me a message to come to the surgery for first checkup. I never received any form of message from them. On 17 Nov. 2024 I accessed my NHS application on my mobile phone to change my phone and email address. I was surprised to see my previous home address in Oxford. I realized that they did not register me. I walked in to the surgery on 18 Nov. 2024 to enquire. There I recognized the receptionist to whom I handed in my registration documents. When I confronted them, they said I was not in their system as a patient and they have not received any registration documents from me. I said that I will report them to both the GMC and the NHS.

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Elena Diana Stoica - Posted on 08 September 2024

I did an online appointment, I have a pain in my chest . I can’t stay on the line every morning because it’s take hours and I am on my working shift. So I decided to do an online appointment. They call me to 2 . One in the morning my phone was ringing only one time when I wanted to pick up the phone the call ended and the second time in the afternoon , same think . They presume that they call me but my phone was ringing only one time . Since than nothing , no one get in touch with me . No message no email , nothing . This is the second time , 2 months ago when I wanted to do some blood tests for my daughter.

  4. Review titled Run down practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 January 2023

I have tried today to call desperately to check my results. I have been on the phone for over 45 minutes and I have been caller no 5 for the last 30 minutes. Does this practice ever answer their phones. Partners - you should be ashamed of the service you are providing us the general public. We do know there is an issue in the NHS but its unable to see a GP, Speak with a member of the team. Yet you continue to receive funding from the NHS for services not provided to the public. Its time you started to up your game.

  5. Review titled Absolutely awful and disgraceful - Avoid Practice!

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 December 2023

Absolutely disgraceful service. Lack of accountability and a series of errors in providing prognosis and treatment. Long waiting times and constantly chasing for a call back. There have been times where I have been on hold for over 40 minutes and when I've spoken to staff, they informed me that they would call me back, and most of the time - this did not happen. The surgery lacks integrity and empathy. I urge you to follow-up on your actions and show compassion to your patients and their families. I would highly recommend training to your stuff so they provide their duty of care to patients, especially to the elderly, who require patience and support!
