    I have call from GP today regarding my blood tests I bean on hold as nr three for 30 min and after that I still been caller nr 3 I'll wait for them to call me back after they finish eat their cake maybe they call me back I'll wait

    Never had a problem here before but on Wednesday the receptionist was rude ,abrupt and cut the call before I had even finished speaking . I understand it’s a demanding job but that was unprofessional and not acceptable .

    It has been a pleasure to deal with both reception staff and doctors at this practice. Reception staff have been very kind and helpful and I feel they have done their best to accomodate the needs of my elderly father.Doctors have also given very good oversight of him since he has been with this surgery. Sincere thanks to all staff
