    Nurse was Fantastic, very welcoming and made sure I was at ease with everything, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant Service.

    Lovely reception staff, Doctor's always act straight away on any issues, face to face appointments are back. Only issue is telephone appointments have been 3-4 weeks wait.

    Had an appointment with the nurse, who was very efficient and professional. I didn’t even feel the needle whilst taking blood, that’s a first. 5 Star service

    Visited the surgery this morning and was greeted by the receptionist in a very friendly manner. She helped me with my enquiry promptly and professionally, absolutely outstanding service.

    Rang reception gave me great advice very professional,came off the phone feeling that things where getting done ,and made me feel relaxed about my current situation I was in thanks for all your hard work and understanding

    Had an appointment with the Advanced Nurse Thurs 7th July 2022 AM at Ewood Medical Centre. She was very kind, thorough, detailed with her knowledge, helpful & friendly & I left the medical centre feeling very impressed. The receptionist also very kindly rearranged a follow up appointment for me after I realised I may not have been able to attend the original appointment. Thanks very much to all concerned, your help is truly appreciated!
