    Even getting through by phone is a nightmare,I've been trying to call to get an appointment but the number never goes through,almost feels like they've blocked my number,absolute joke

    Dear Hamid O Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the service you have received and that you have found it difficult to talk to someone. I will look into the phone system and i assure you we will do all we can to manage this and to fix any problems. I understand this must be extremely frustrating.     I spoke to the receptionist this morning and she was very rude and not very helpful at all she never sorted my matter out either it’s disgusting to be spoken too like that

    I spoke to one of the ANP today to review my HRT, she was as always helpful. She listened and asked me questions. She reassured me that if I have any problem to contact her. She explained to me my treatment and made me at ease. Thank you so much.

    In Jan 2023 I attended Medway A&E and following on from that 2 letters were sent to the surgery ,in respect with no communication from surgery I sent 2 E Mails neither of which have had any response,and after visiting Medway Urology Consultant let's say he was not impressed with my treatment at the surgery

    I rang today to speak to someone , I was 6 th in the queue , got to no 2 and the phone started ringing , it rang for 35 minutes .no answer I was on the phone for 65 minutes in all disgusting .

    Dear Sandra Thank you so much for your feedback. My name is Carley and i am the Practice Manager at Princes Park. I apologise for the poor experience you have received and know that this isn't acceptable. The phones are extremely busy at the moment during the Christmas break and we are trying our best to answer them as soon as we can. I did speak to you on 28/12/22 to apologise and booked you an appt through LIVI but you had already resolved your issue through seeing the chemist. We will endeavour to answer as many calls as we can and if you ever need anything then please contact me or come into the surgery and we will always try to do as much as we can to help. Once again, please accept my apologies and i hope your next experience with us is a more positive one. Thank you Carley
