Today was really hard after finding a lump in my breast, a lovely lady (nurse & chaporne came in an made me feel so reassured, being ex military and clinically trained my self I just feel she went the extra mile to assure me

Why ask us to book an appointment and then keep us waiting in a queue. I appreciate that you are having a busy day but so am I and now my team. Had the clinic been advertised correctly I would have been able to plan appropriately. Please learn to communicate with us not just tell us you are busy.

Received a call from the Doctor today and He was very courteous and informative as he broke down my results and offered solutions for reversal of the condition, online classes and literature. Overall I’m very happy with the service that I received.

Been waiting since July for a doc to call me as they wouldn’t release medication until they had spoken. After call to surgery a while back they agreed to issue but would need to speak to doc afterwards by tel. Nothing heard and I am Now running out again. Doc phoned today, very polite and gave results and said carry on as before. Glad he phoned and understand he is not Usually at this surgery so above is not his fault But the surgery.

Doctor rang to follow up on my blood pressure readings which I had been monitoring. He requested I do further readings for the next 7 days to ensure I am taking enough blood pressure medication to keep it under control. Agreed to take 4 readings per day two morning at least 10 minutes apart and two evening then hand in to surgery to be reviewed. Find it difficult on the phone as have hearing issues but managed to follow what he was saying without asking him to repeat much. Much prefer to discuss face to face.

Spoken to a GP this month for my daughter. He was very caring and explained everything so I could understand and took the time to listen to my concerns.

22 in the queue still no appointments avaliable, not yet managed to get an appointment over the phone in the last year. The reception told me today there is no point in coming to the practice to queue as even these people don't get an appointment. I did get called for a routine appointment ment with the number at the end of the year but they cancelled this three times before I finally got seen. Still waiting for the email they promised with the care plan. I hear they are still talking on more patients, to sit in a queue and be told no appointments!

The GP called today to give me blood yest results that i had forgotten about completely as the family was going through a hard time. He was very empthetic and helpful. He explained the results in detail and even booked a follow up appointment to keep an eye on things. Thank you for your time today.
