Review titled Awful Practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

This Practice is awful telling you they can't do a routine appointment and then call you on the day and you miss one call and they don't try again Absolutely outrageous

Had a well-person review last November.I thought the nurse was very thorough and made me feel the time was well sent.I have,on other occasions, had telephone consultations with a diabetic nurse and I found those to be useful and informative

Review titled Where is my medication???
Rated 1 star out of 5
by John Cooke - Posted on 18 October 2022
They do say laughter is the best medicine but as laughably bad as Queens Medical are, this really isn’t funny. I’m fortunate enough to never have had the need to visit this practice in person and I can only imagine the torment this would involve but after a recent; and still unresolved repeat prescription fiasco, I’m frankly appalled at how bad this is. I ran out of my heartburn tablets on 8th October despite reordering on the 24th Sep, through the staggeringly hopeless, Bramley Health app which I was recommended to download via someone at Queens. My selected Pharmacy in Torrington still hasn’t received them and as of 18/10, I’m using a more expensive alternative which I found online as my stomach would be in bits now. The best bit is, I’m unable to reorder a replacement batch of medicine until the 25th October which really is fantastic. The only saving grace here is that at least there is an alternative available online, I’m sure plenty of other people wouldn’t be so lucky? Closing note: the end of their answerphone message, of which I’ve heard many times, the voice reminds you that ‘a kind word goes a long way’. I have none to give.
