I applied online to join this practice. I didnt revive any email of acknoledgement from the practice or patient information about the practice. My NHS App has not syncd to the new practice. I had to call to confirm all of the above, only to be met with an abrupt you'll have to fill out a form to get reconnected. Even though they confirmed who I was on the phone and was speaking to me. The practice are happy to email me about my healthcare but not allow me access to my own care details on confirming who i am over the telephone. I could appriciate it if I had Safeguading Codes applied to my records but this is not the case. My healthcare records should be freely accessible on request withough having to come into the practice, which wastes time. I've changed GP twice in the past 6 years due to moving and i've not experienced service like this before anywhere else.

Lady I spoke with to book very polite. Got an appointment quickly and when I arrived receptionist smiling and got a nice 'good afternoon' welcome. Doctor good and listened and got a prescription for my illness and I was on my way, happy.

Good doctors here. I saw a nice lady GP who listened and was polite. I don't use online but when I ring up the receptionist's are nice and helpful.

Had a good experience here- receptionist's fine, they do their best in a tough job, facing the public. GP I saw was helpful and understanding. It was not urgent so I was happy to wait 4 days for an appointment.

Absolutely lovely service from start to finish. Easy phone call to make appointment for my son and very polite. Great welcome from friendly receptionist, very good doctor who took great care and listened. Came away happy. Thank you all.

The doctors at the surgery are (mostly) brilliant, sensitive, kind and empathetic. The receptionists on the other hand are anything but! They’re rude and snappy, and quite frankly let the surgery down. Every member of Queenhill Practice represents the practice and so it’s upsetting when you finally get through to have to speak to some so nasty and insensitive. After many dealings with these receptionists I’ve finally decided to go elsewhere. It’s not worth the upset!
