Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have been experiencing issues getting through to us by telephone. Our lines have been exceptionally busy lately with patients calling in their hundreds to book spring covid vaccine boosters. The surgery closes one Thursday afternoon a month for protected learning time. This is always well advertised. We have recently increased our telephone line capacity to reduce patients having to wait on hold. We do ask patients to call the practice for results after 2pm when the lines are much more quite.

GP called me yesterday morning after having contacted 111 on Monday and they arranged the Telephone Consultation. The GP asked if I could get to the surgery in the afternoon to which I did. The GP had to do a procedure but as the GP was doing it they explained everything they were doing which made me feel at ease. Thank You Queens Road Surgery.
