   I phoned the surgery I was no 1 caller at 1623 it took more than ten minutes to speak to someone, I phoned again at 17 10 I was number 2 caller I pressed no1 for a call back. It is now 1740 I still did not receive any call from surgery. Last week they called and when I said hello they put the phone down. It is disgusting and they need to have customer traing with some good telephone manners. I am disappointed
