From walking in, to all of the service I found all to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The premises appeared clean. I was comfortable and everything explained to me made sense.

  2. Review titled Caring

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Being currently unwell with a chest infection I needed to get more help. The receptionist who took my call was professional but more importantly they were kind and sympathetic. I was able to get an appointment on the same day. At my actual appointment I wasn't left waiting to go in and the person i saw was very thorough. I was treated with respect and I was listened to. I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed. It made me feel like the practice actually cared and I was a human being and not a number.

  3. Review titled Very helpful

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I had an appointments for blood tests but as I have ruined my veins through twentyodd years of drug abuse the nurse was unable to draw any blood on two occasions. Before I left the surgery I told the receptionist what had happened and asked her if she could make an appointment for me at Golborne clinic where they have a variety of smaller needles and hopefully will be able to do the blood test. I am doubtful though. The receptionist was happy to arrange it for me she was very helpful.
