I wish to thank all the team at Rainbow Medical Centre for their prompt, professional actions when recent blood results showed something which could have resulted in a life changing outcome. From the Nurse who picked the problem up , the Doctors sending me for more blood tests and the reception staff booking me appointments. Well done to the entire team.

I have pondered whether to leave this review, but it’s only fair I do. I see several comments on how poor the reception staff are and I would totally agree! They made me feel so stupid and spoke to me like a child! Why is the Reception Manager not dealing with these concerns that come up all the time? The GP I seen was lovely this time, but I’ve had so many bad experiences here. I would not recommend this practice and the leadership is so poor.

Further to your message above - it is a shame that issues are not brought to our attention at the time in order that we can investigate them. We have a robust complaints procedure, where each complaint is investigated fully. If we identify a training/process/or other issue then systems are changed or training put in place accordingly. Had. a very frustrating time with a doctor due to my poor earing problem felt I wasted my chance. to get. sorted.. very difficult to communicate with her. .do we have a choice. what doctor we see ????? I wouldn't want to go through that again with that doctor
