I called the surgery today for a family member who is struggling. The receptionist was very sympathetic and gave me a few choices. I chose to bring him to see the Mental Health Nursing Team. They were amazing. Very knowledgeable, calming and engaging which is exactly what was needed. Thank you

I called the surgery mid morning as I was really struggling with asthma symptoms. To my surprise I was given a GP appointment within the next hour. On arrival I only waited 5 minutes before being called through. New to surgery so this was a great first experience!

I understand the difficulties GP practices are experiencing at this time but the telephone appointments system at Rainhill Village Surgery is very disappointing. Almost impossible to get through to a receptionist even after holding for 27 minutes my call got ‘cut off’ at queue position one , this has happened on several occasions.
