I'm sorry I can't mention you lovely females each by name, but you know who you are. From the brilliant young woman who answered the phone initially, then the Reception Mgr who escalated my appointment, to the advanced nurse practitioner and the Dr who all acted so professionally, efficiently, and warmly. I want to extend a huge thank you! You consistently provide such a brilliant service to thousands of patients. You are very much appreciated for all that you do for us despite the constraints and challenges!

Can’t fault my overall experience on visiting this practice for the first time. Greeted by a very helpful and friendly receptionist, then was seen quickly following my arrival. My consultation with the Doctor was thorough and reassuring, and I left with a clear management plan moving forward. I found the whole experience of visiting this practice, a very positive one.

I highly praise the staff and care received at The Rame Group Practice. They have looked after me with the greatest empathy and compassion over the past few years. More recently an excellent GP took the time to listen to me and made me feel completely understood and listened to. She is wonderful! Keep up the fantastic work
