After a telephone call from the practice Manager, She listen to my issues and resolved the matter and got a medical practitioner to call me and issued medication for my chest infection. I was also pleased with the attention and help given by the receptionist who first took my telephone call.

When I registered with the practice, was unsure what to expect, having had a previous experience. I was thoroughly surprised. The staff are friendly and while I am not one who visits my doctor for every single ailment, I have always been appreciative of my doctor.

Just to reiterate, the poor service, I’ve still not received a call back from The practitioner nurse who was left a message by reception to call me concerning my chest infection. I’m just not impressed with at all and with other health conditions I have, you think there be concerned!

On Friday February 17th, I tried to get a telephone return call as no appointments were available on the app, so I visited the surgery as I have a bad chest infection which firstly I tried to resolve by going to my local chemist. I was told by the receptionist that a message was left for a member of staff to call me back. It’s now Friday February 24th and still no one has called.what does one have to do to seek help? I have no issues at all with the receptionist, as she was helpful and Polite

If you call at the practice they never have any appointments, they are rude with all their patience and all the time find excuses for being so useless, worthless and all the bad things that you can say. Never have a doctor available or a nurse for the patients to be seen.

The lady I spoke to this morning was extremely unprofessional, booking in my sons for an appointment that then had to be cancelled and I was told they would be put on the cancellation list. She was extremely unfriendly very blunt and rude on the phone. This GP receptionist should take a course in customer service as she makes the whole GP surgery look bad overall. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone I know to go to this GP practice.

The receptionist is always lying to me, I called a couple of times and asked if the specific doctor is in and the receptionist told me that the doctor is not in. I went to the practice (the same day I called) and I have seen the doctor right there! This has happened couple of times now. Extremely disappointed with this practice.
