Medical staff are great but you first have to deal with reception staff who go out of their way to be unpleasant. Talking over patients and today hung up on and then had to rejoing long queue

Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent staff. The reception staff are consistently hostile and unhelpful. They are always so keen to know all your ailments and announce to the waiting room and in front of you, make their diagnosis? The doctors are an absolute joke. One entered the room and mumbled and came back angry they had to say my name again when they can see in the notes I'm partially deaf. I have been misdiagnosed twice from this surgery. And when I went to them for problems about extreme fatigue got my bloods done. Was told no news is good news. (This experience was horrendous enough as when I arrived to give blood the receptionist said its "impossible" for me to have an appointment just now as they don't do appointments during this time for training, I expressed it was for blood work and they said no, i was wrong, the appointment was 3.20, they are looking at it right now, low and behold, drive home and 10 mins later get a phone call of why I wasn't at my appointment? So the receptionist blatantly lied right to my face) and tablets arrive at my door 2 weeks after the blood work? Now explanation? No little letter inside stating symptoms? Or risks? Side effects? And no explanation what they were for? Trued for over 6 weeks to get Ann appointment as the receptionist says I can't speak to the doctor on the phone to ask what the tablets are for as I'd much rather change my lifestyle to fix whatever was wrong with the bloodwork rather than just sending tablets to my door? Totally unimpressed. Patient care is last in their priority.

I moved to this practice 3 months ago.On every contact whether it be reception or GP,I have found it to be helpful and positive.I saw a GP today who was so helpful, patient and very thorough,putting my worries at ease.

I went to Ravenswood Surgery to ask about getting my whole Health records & was told to use the NHS app well on the NHS app it tells me to ask at the Surgery what a fantastic service !!!

Fantastic practice who I've been with for 19 years. The doctors and nurses are all brilliant. The receptionists are always so helpful and very well trained. I literally couldn't fault them and am quite shocked reading the negative feedback. They are literally the best doctors practice I have ever been to. I phoned a few days ago and was given an appointment on that day. Whenever I request my repeat prescription it is always dealt with efficiently.

I’ve been attending Ravenswood for about 2 years and can safely say it’s the best practice I’ve been to. Doctors and Nurses have been so helpful and truly listen to patients. Reception staff have always been incredibly friendly.
