  1. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a great experience at Rawcliffe Surgery . After noticing that I was feeling unwell, I filled out a form on their website. In the afternoon, Doctor called me to discuss my condition and promptly scheduled an in-person appointment for the next morning. The receptionist was very polite, and I was seen on time. Doctor was attentive and thorough, understanding my situation and providing appropriate treatment. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality medical care.

I contacted the Priory practice about a chest infection and was diagnosed and prescribed medication quickly to help clear it. The doctor was very kind, courteous, professional and efficient.

  3. Review titled Communication

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The Dr has been very caring in her approach to myself. She has kept the lines of communication open and always called when she said she would. I felt that she worked hard to solve my issue

  4. Review titled Great appointment

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Doctor was lovely, really felt she cared not just hurry it along and go. Even offered to take care of problem from another approaching appointment so I didn't have to come again Tuesday. Normally if you mention another problem you get told can only deal with the one problem you got appointment for.

  6. Review titled Doctors who listen and care.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Michael Whitaker - Posted on 17 January 2025

The doctor who saw me is probably one of the best doctors I have met. She listens, but most of all does what she says she will do. Nothing is too much trouble and she follows up to check everything went to plan. Excellent service, best of NHS.

  7. Review titled Excellent level of service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The Rawcliffe surgery is not my normal surgery but I was more than happy to travel further afield to see the Dr face to face. From the beginning the Dr was very attentive. I felt that she was really listening and I didn’t feel rushed when I was explaining my symptoms. She suggested a new approach and requested that I see her again in the next few weeks to see how well the medication is working. I believe that continuity of care is so important as so much time is wasted explaining symptoms to numerous different people. When I left the surgery I felt more positive and relieved that I had finally been able to discuss my symptoms in detail rather than having to rush through a telephone appointment.

  8. Review titled A great GP and hospital align

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Ms kucukkoylu - Posted on 16 January 2025

I've been suffering with sinusitis which led to dental abscesses. I had been stuck between the dentist and doctors neither taking responsibility for my care properly. 1 hospital stay and operation and issue not resolved as the massive lump on my face was still there and no one thought it was an issue!!! Fast forward seeing a wonderful Lady GP on Friday, same day I had left a message for surgeons secretary. In go appointment she was kind understanding and thorough on examination she said you can't miss that lump finally someone who knows what they are taking about. She was decisive and inclusive with next steps as she agreed it needed another max fax consult. Luckily max fax called me back while with GP and was later admitted to hospital for more urgent surgery!! So thank goodness for this GP and the stars aligning as I suffer with ptsd and was starting too struggle. 5 stars for this GP
