The nurse was very lovely and she knew exactly what she was doing. She explained everything and I understood what was about to happen. I came out of the appointment room and was all smiles 😃.

I can not get any appointments!! If i am unwell, i will get sent to 111 by unhelpful receptionists and incompetent clinicians. Even if i get through, i will be seeing paramedics and nurses who have no clue what they are doing. I was bounced back and forth between a variety of paramedics and nurses none of them have a clue about complicated issues and they seem so helpless amd overworked. All I have heard is them saying that the appointment should not have been booked with them 'oh sorry you should not have been sent to us, triage doctor must have made a mistake'. I suppose that is what their GPs are good for , sending patients to staff who is not able to deal with your issues. And off I go , back in line, hoping to get another appointment. Anema is in absolute shambles. I don't know who is incharge of this triage but it does not work

Flu vaccination / large number of people but queue moved very quickly. Nurse was very polite asking relevant questions - I didn’t even feel the needle’

This place is the absolute worst! Don't even think about registering here. You'll never get an appointment. I moved here a while ago and I'm so shocked at how bad the service is. My old doctor was so quick to respond, but here you have to wait weeks just to talk to someone. I'm definitely switching doctors soon.

Went for the Flu vaccination, practise was extremely busy but queuing system was organised, people were informed of expected waiting time and vaccinations were prompt and professional

Joined several hundred others for my flu jab on Saturday morning. The volunteers were excellent as were the nurses carrying out the jabs. Very well organised event. Although appointment times were being ignored and it was a first come first served service I was seen my appointment time and only had to queue for about five minutes. Congratulations to all involved

The staff at the surgery are very caring and professional in their attitude to the patient. Should one have a problem that could be serious they pull out all the stops to get the necessary treatment as quickly as possible. I had a problem with a set of blood results and the doctor checking the results phoned me while I was driving to go through the next steps. They also phoned me again to check that their referral had gone through and I was going to have treatment quickly.

I’ve been trying for over a week to make an appoint, using anima (which is never available) and calling at 8am. Called during the day to be told the system only allows non urgent booking to be made between 10am and 10.30. Where is this information publicised anywhere ? It feels as if it’s all just made up, and not actually supporting community needs. The booking systems are a nightmare.
