Call them 8 am , after 40 min on waiting, was answered the phone to find out no more appointment available ,but asked me all the symptoms, which I gave it clearly. With Scarlett virus sended my child to chemist , after chemistry send us back and GP. GP said we don't have appointments call 111 after 6.30pm, they know it is they duty to take child at the day time , but they don't care we spend 7 hours in A&E!!!! To get antibiotics which easily could be prescribed in GP for 15 min! On my requested 4 times in different days to see a manager ,every time the same answer - the manager is on a meting!

My medication was changed and I was told to contact if this did not work. Telephone system states calls should go through contact page on web but trying this gave a message "Page not found" so contact appears impossible - perhaps one should visit surgery?
