I found Red & Green practice very helpful. My doctor was very prompt getting back to me after a ultrasound the same day. I always find the staff helpful and courteous. 5*****

I had visited the new Hythe Hospital but had to walk across to the pharmacy to collect some antibiotics the GP had just prescribed. Unfortunately, one of the workers in the pharmacy (not sure on name but she was around 40/50 years old with dark hair in a bun) had taken herself out onto the path between the hospital and GP practice to have a smoke break. I believe this site is a non smoking site, I also keep myself away from smokers as I am pregnant and expecting in July.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, All of Red and Green practice's buildings are non-smoking sites however the Day Lewis Pharmacy, although physically connected to our Waterside Health Centre site, is a separate organisation to us and I also note the person was smoking outside of their pharmacy. Was seen same day and follow up appointments very understanding Dr also made appointment with hospital for further investigation so very satisfied

I was referred to a Health and Well Being Coach as I was struggling. I found this helped me a great deal and would highly recommend this therapy. My coach was brilliant and this has helped me in so many ways.

My doctor was very helpful..and informative...all the staff are plesent and helpfull...my only concern is the phone system trying to contact the practice to make a appointment...it can be very frustrating in a queue system to be cut off..but I think this happens due to high demand...this is not the fault of the starf though.all in all though a great practice with very polite staff.

I have had a appointment today at blackfeild health center I was very well looked after the gp spent time explaining everything to me and doing lots of test and made me feel at ease.
