When my elderly aunt was near end of life, the doctor made contact after liasing with her Highcliffe care home. She explained the situation with compassion and put an emergency care plan in place for the coming weekend. This was purely precautionary and not required in the end but it was excellent caretaking away any concerns. This allowed my aunt to have a comfortable and peaceful passing. I would recommend this practice for the way they've looked after her during the last two years. Excellent care.

Practice is currently stating "accepting new patients" why, when it is a complete uphill struggle to secure an appointment with a GP as it is. i have tried several times to see someone regarding facial numbness and hearing loss following worsening symptoms since being discharged from hospital but was told to try my luck with a 8.30 stampede to see if there is an emergency appointment available. I did this and explained what was happening and was told that someone would get back to me once the Doctor had reviewed my complaint. Someone did get back to me (via text message) to say "visit a pharmacist"
