    Whether it's regular blood test or seeing a GP my experience has been nothing other than excellent, An appointment at Exeter Physio recently I had to provide my GP details on hearing I was wigh Redlands Crediton his response was good they are probably the best practice we deal with and we deal with several,

    Prompt action and compassionate and caring emergency medical care. All staff involved were professional and kind - receptionists, paramedic, clinical staff. Thank you.

    Long waiting times and a bad experience with a previous GP in the same practice. Saw another GP who was absolutely marvellous. So kind, thorough and understanding. I feel he has listened and gone that extra mile to help where I had been brushed off previously.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am very pleased to hear of your recent experience at the practice. Due to high demand the wait time for routine appointments is between 4-6 weeks, patients who need to see a GP more urgently are triaged by the Duty Doctor and signposted to the most appropriate care which may be the same day for urgent cases, alternatively within a set time frame with a suitable clinician.     Had an appointment for an ongoing problem which has lasted since January. The doctor was completely disinterested and did not ask any searching questions. As someone who only goes to the surgery as a last resort I feel completely let down and came out in tears. I will be changing surgery to one where it is not so big and where you are assigned a doctor and they stay at the practice. The worst decision the village surgery made was to join with 2 other surgeries as it is now impersonal and a really unpleasant experience. Thankfully the reception staff in the village are lovely.

    I had a heart event, contacted the practice through an online form. They responded rapidly with a text and then a phone call - I was already driving to A&E but was impressed and reassured by the prompt action taken by the response team.

    This review is particularly for my recent appointment with their resident physiotherapist. It was only a couple of days wait to see her. Had a very thorough examination of my knee and leg, after explaining this issues I was experiencing after an injury. I felt very confident in her assessment and what I needed to do to help my injury heal. I just wanted to pass on my appreciation.

    I had been experiencing pain in my shoulder for a few weeks leading to sleepless uncomfortable nights and a heavy tingling arm. The physio examined me thoroughly and diagnosed a muscle spasm and inflamed nerve. The exercises given freed me from pain and discomfort in a few days. Such relief; so thankful.

    I was called for an appointment after a very short wait and the GP I saw was helpful, a good communicator and had a welcome sense of humour. My impression was that they enjoyed their job which is very refreshing.

    Requested a prescription without wishing to waste the time of a doctor, as consultant had informally advised on a condition whilst assessing another issue. Lady on pharmacy team got back to me promptly, with recommendations. I'd heard of a stronger option but was told it wasn't readily available. Pharmacy lady went out of her way to source it and find a pharmacy able to supply, very promptly indeed. This is not the first time staff have gone the extra distance to obtain the best outcome. A very helpful receptionist fitted me at short notice last year with an excellent doctor, who kindly listened to my brief, Googled amateur self-diagnosis, examined my eye, graciously confirmed the diagnosis (also giving a helpful early heads up on the other eye) and issued the necessary referral for treatment, which I was surprised and lucky to also receive quite quickly. In both cases (and others in the past) it's felt like a collaborative partnership; prompt attention, listened to, position considered, questions answered then given comprehensive, yet personally directed, advice to achieve the best outcome. All in the space of a few minutes. The level of professional expertise I've experienced here matches my experiences at the previous practice, before the merger, and I'd say inspires similar levels of confidence, despite the growing challenges for today's NHS service providers. Thank you, all.

    I went to the surgery back in February, very ill , asked if there was an appointment with the ladies in reception, they could see how I was and said to wait whilst they sort something, saw one lady first and then the doctor that afternoon, on reception they know immediately my problem and acted so quickly but calmly …… I have now seen the doctor a couple of times , also seen one of the reception ladies only this week . So professional in how they were with me and I am truly grateful for them , and I personally can recommend Redlands whole team , careing and friendly ….. Thank you Redlands
