Review titled Excellent service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Myself and my wife are both ill with virtually identical symptoms. I rang the surgery at 08:30 today and the phone was answered within 2 minutes. We were offered a joint appointment at 9:00 today. The paramedic that saw us at 09:10 was extremely caring, asking lots of questions and doing a few tests. We didn't feel rushed at all. Prescriptions were available at the Pharmacy shortly afterwards. We were extremely satisfied with the service that we received.

Review titled Not providing any GP services for an entire week
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 30 August 2023
I called last week only to be met with an automatic message to say that they can only deal with emergencies last week and that patients shouldn't call for any other reason. Emergency care is not the same as GP care. If this GP surgery can't provide a basic level of care to it's patients it should not be operating at all. Ever since the GP partners stepped down this practice has been circling the drain.

Review titled Poor service
Rated 3 stars out of 5

Arrived for an emergency child appointment. After waiting for 35 minutes, I asked the receptionist how long it will be to be told...how long is a piece of string. Awful response. I myself am a nurse, and would be appalled if my staff spoke to anyone like that. Waited a total of 65 minutes
