Today I called the reception feeling awful with morning sickness and had just had a private GP consultation through a work service. The private GP did not listen to me or empathise with my situation and gave me the wrong advice completly. After this I rang up Redwood practice and explained the situation feeling at a loss. The receptionish was understanding and kind and made me an appointment the same morning. The doctor who called listened to how I was feeling, the effect this was having on my daily life and functionality. She gave me the options and made me feel valued. I would like to thank the practice for this efficient and kind treatment I recieved today.

Kind, caring, effective and knowledgeable. Consistently great treatment from Redwood. I would recommend the practise to anyone.
