Thank you for getting my little one in so quick today. Used the app to request an appointment, within an hour id heard back, sent photos then got an appointment before lunchtime. Special thanks to the doctor she was so professional, the two receptionist on today were brilliant, so helpful and understanding. Such a credit to Regis Medical Centre. Thanks again x

  3. Review titled Worst experience ever!!!

Rated 1 star out of 5

This gp is the worst gp. It is soo hard to get appointments. I have been having abdominal pain for almost a month. Anytime I call, no appointment. I went to Sandwell urgent care, I’ve been there twice. They even asked me to send a sample. Just to go there and they told me they can’t accept it nor do anything about it so I have to wait till they get back to me, because that’s how the system works. You guys ain’t saving any lives! You’re making it worse for the person. It’s really bad. I don’t recommend this gp for anyone.

  6. Review titled Unacceptable

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by A concerned dad - Posted on 14 August 2024

17 year old daughter called for an hour to try and see a gp, she was having difficulty and pain with breathing, chest pain and a sever cough. After waiting an hour in the queue she explains the symptoms and is told there are no appointments and try again another da. Another 24 hours of pain, discomfort most likely to get the same message. This is not the service I expect from our health service. She ended up going to A&E over 2 days and has been diagnosed with a chest infection and a course of antibiotics. It’s no wonder the hospitals are overflowing and cannot cope with real emergencies if our local health service simply have no intention of serving its clients. This is not my own first experience of this attending the clinic with zero people in the waiting room, none at all but cannot get an appointment. Something is definitely wrong and needs fixing, you cannot put a price on once’s health.

  8. Review titled Appointment system

by Anonymous - Posted on 13 August 2024

I went to the surgery before it opened and waited outside with everyone else. When I got in at 8 ish the staff was telling everyone there is a new system to book appointments. They were making old people do it on the Anima app on the phone. I work full time shifts and can not take my mobile into work to book appointments. I explained this and the lady just said ok and moved onto the next person ignoring what I had said. She always seems stressed. Who ever thinks this system is better has no idea. The booking system before was bad but this is worse than ever and tax payers like my self and old people will get untreated. I will have to go A&E and explain why I carnt see my own Drs. In february I had to pay private as my condition had got worse re not getting an appointment. The managers of this practice have no basic common sense.

  9. Review titled Shocking booking system

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 July 2024

Anima hard work but if you persevered could get call back and appointment in reasonable time. Just been on new nhs system and couldn't get appointment for 8 weeks! Assume all the doctors have gone away for the summer. I've paid 1000s into system over many years and its a joke, there is nothing wrong with the doctors or other staff its just the whole lot seems in need of a shake up. When you do get to see someone the waiting room is normally quite empty, this amazes me as to why you can't get an appointment for 8 weeks.

  10. Review titled Appalling practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 24 June 2024

Had results follow abdominal ultrasound and got informed there’s an issue with my liver. This was the start of May, it’s now near the end of June and I’ve had to chase to speak to a GP regarding follow up treatment. Spoke to a GP today who had no interest in what I had to say and just informed they are still waiting for gastro team to respond to them. They are not prepared to recheck my liver function nor book me in for a cholesterol check despite an issue with the liver. Have immediate family with liver conditions so obviously quite concern. Feel like I have not been took seriously and still no closer to what’s happening with the liver. I appreciate there is delays but to not even be give reassurance by the GP and to refuse to do any bloods in the mean time is appalling and really disappointed in the practice.
