Very caring and very helpful team of doctors, paramedics, nursing staff as well as the receptionists. Recently I was feeling quite unwell and the help I was given by the practice was just amazing. Thank you all!

As always the staff are very professional. When I saw the doctor she took the time to listen to me and work with me. I always feel respected by her and I have a great deal of respect for her

We have visited the practice as my son was not feeling well. We have been seeing by a Paramedic who thoroughly examined my son, gave us a specific and detailed plan and asked us to come back the following day. As a mother of an unwell teenager I was worried and afraid… Based on their experience, care and professionalism all my fears and worries eased up and when he saw us the next day things were much better as the plan he put into place suited my boy’s needs. Thank you for all your help!

Recently had to have bloods taken at the Kew surgery. The nurse couldn't have been kinder and more caring. She was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and understanding. She is a real credit to the practice.

I have been registered with this practice for 10 years and during that time have been consistently impressed with the standard of GPs and nurses there. Today, after requesting an appointment online, within 5 minutes I was texted back with an appointment for the same afternoon. I met their new paramedic, who very competently dealt with my daughter’s likely whooping cough. Thank you again Richmond Medical Group!

This is a great practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the nurses and doctors really listen. I’ve recently seen two of the paramedics and they are brilliant - they are thorough and great at explaining things in a way that makes sense.
