I completed the online consult form and within 10 mins, I received a text with an appointment for that day. The doctor was great and was able to provide me with various options to help with my mobility issues.

First of all the service for the appointment online was amazing and effective, my query was replied so quickly. Thank you. I was given an appointment and the second day a consultation nearly straight again. Very thankful I’d had a very hard time abroad and came back afraid of my condition. The first appointment they were ok but did not feel they were empathetic with my case so I left upset. The prescription took so long to get through. It did not on the first day after a long waiting and a 40min waiting for a reply call. I came back on the second day and still not ready. Again had to place a phone call and beg the person who answered, she said she did not dealt with prescriptions and referred me to someone else. After more begging and nearly in tears she was very lovely and helped me, I got the prescription straight away. It was a matter of urgency for me to follow the treatment given by my doctor abroad. The second appointment a telephone call was answered so quickly What an amazing service by … he was lovely, caring, understanding, sympathetic, and got helped straight away with my prescription needed. Thank you Dr you did make me feel really better. I live on my own none looks after me here. My family is abroad and I came back from China unwell very upset and down due to the health issue I suffered. I take this opportunity also to thank my practice in general I get with really nice people there. The people that answer the phone are very lovely and helpful in the way they speak to me. I am just not happy at the fact that the first prescription needed was imperative to get asap. I did not understand why they promised to send it straight away and it took some time and much effort for me to get it.

many thanks for taking the time to write this review. Hope all is well now for you and apologies for the problems you have had with the practice, although you say some very positive things also. We have investigated into what happened and it looks like the person you consulted, is not someone who can sign off prescriptions and has to get the duty doctor to do this. Unfortunately this doctor was extremely busy (finished the day at around 9pm that day) and overlooked completing the sign off. This is a rare event and apologies again. Demand for medical advice is very high currently and this may also explain the delay you had on the phone to get the prescription. We do have a call back facility and would advise all to use this such that you don't have to wait on the phone as all call-backs ought to be processed the same day. Sincere apologies again, and thanks for your lovely comments which will be shared with the team. Hope all is well, and best wishes as always.

I completed a Klinik online consultation for the time on Monday morning. A GP called me about 20 minutes later - consultation and medication ordered & sent electronically to my nominated pharmacy. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you very much.

thank you for writing this feedback. The Klinik online process is exactly for the outcome you received - which is triage by a Dr, who then assesses next steps which was in your case some medication. But in other cases may be an appointment, organising further paper-work, or signposting to another agency. It may even be that of referral to hospital. We are getting many more positive reviews for Klinik (over 86%) and you review confirms this. Thanks again and best wishes.

I sent in an e consult online in the the morning, and received a phone call from a doctor at lunchtime. After a brief consultation, medication was sent to my local pharmacy. An outstanding service, thankyou.

Econsult system was really easy to use and received a prompt response. Follow up appointments have now been booked. My GP listened and was interested in my problem as well as my well-being

Additionally, very good to hear that the clinicians are managing patients in a very holistic way - which is very motivating during these difficult times in the NHS of high demand and stress but only thinking of the patient and not themselves. We have a great team, clinical and non-clinical and such positive feedback always motivates us to continue and help patients even more. Less positive feedback, although is good learning can be very demoralizing as many people don't always appreciate the background work ongoing at the practice. I was very surprised to receive a phone call from a doctor less than 10 mins after submitting a Klinik request. He gave me some useful information. I have to say that this speed of response does not always happen, in fact sometimes I have waited days for a response and on one occasion never got one. Overall, staff are very good, when you get to them, but I think there is more to be done.

Thank you for this feedback - we are trying to put in place processes and clearly in this case worked. However, given the volume of demand, and management challenges faced over the past 6 months, we still have a long way to go to stabilize the merged practice - but we are progressing. Whilst we have our concerns and negative feedback about the Medical Practices we also have to be fair in giving praise. Today I filled out the Klinic online forms which I will admit does take time and maybe not as good as having a face to face with the Doctors but it worked well and within an hour I had a call from the Doctor who discussed my issue and was warm in his approach and understanding. A prescription was sent straight across to my Pharmacy and the whole process from filling in the form to collecting the tablets was less than 3 hours. So I can only say excellent service in this instance and thank you. Hopefully a sign of positive things to come going forward
