I would like to say how grateful I was to speak to the Dr over the telephone today. I submitted a Klinik & got a call the very same morning. The Dr understood fully the reason for my call and gave me appropriate advice specifically regarding the medication query. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable on my medications & challenges. I am grateful to him for his time and service received. Thanks.

I entered an E request with my surgery this morning and within half an hour my doctor rang me. This was very much appreciated and, I consider, a great service.

I have recently attended A&E and know that they were contacting my GP, heard nothing from them . Am still in pain and tried yesterday to get online consultation , says that online system unavailable and the same again today. Even the NHS app is saying the surgery is closed even though it’s supposed to be open to 6.30pm . This is an extremely poor service and what’s the point of an online system if it’s unavailable to use by patients . It says the only way you can phone them is if you need an urgent appt.

Sincere apologies for the delay in responding and thank you for sending in this feedback. To explain, surgery is open to 630pm every weekday and you should be able to contact via the phone or walk in - we are unsure why the NHS app says closed as is standard opening hours unless closed for training. The online system is closed mid afternoon due to the high volume of calls we get through this method and takes more than the whole working day to respond to. hope that explains the system and you are keeping well. After many consultations with different GP’s for an ongoing health issue finally spoke to a GP who spent the time to listen, ask questions & check my notes in detail. He then proceeded to explain how procedures work and most importantly reassured me. He then spotted a blood test that hadn’t been carried out and arranged for this to be done. Finally he gave me lots of advice whilst I wait for my referral to come through. I wish all GPs were as good!

My first visit to a doctor at Birch Hill, Bracknell. Has restored my faith in the medical profession. Listened to my problem, and wants to help solve it. First time in 12 months I feel I am getting somewhere. Thank you

My husband and I are new to the practice and have both needed to use the GP service. We have received prompt, practical and friendly advice from everyone, from the GPs, to the nurse, pharmacy staff and reception staff. As I have a complicated medical condition, the efficient and speedy response from this practice has been a great relief to me as a new patient.
