    I received an excellent level of care from the GP whom I saw on Friday 30th June. The receptionists and the office manager were extremely efficient and caring during my visit for which I'm very grateful.

    I brag to my friends about how good Ritchie Street practice is because it’s so easy to get a quick appointment, sometimes a call back the same day, and the reception staff, doctors, nurses are so friendly I’ve never had a bad experience!

    I had issue with receptionist.I was talking with her .she didn't allow me to talk with Dr. I was waiting for more then 1h . Then I try many times to call she every time answer and put down phone .I was listening her talk .but she purposely nt answer..even not allow me to book other app . Very very bad attitude .

    This is literally the worst practice I’ve been with ever. All practices in the Uk are short staffed especially since Covid, but Ritchie street have literally taken this excuse to be their motto. The reception staff are so awful, it’s like they try to deflect you in order to get rid of you as quickly as possible. They advise you need to call in or walk in at 8am to be able to book a same day appointment in cases of emergency, but I promise you I’ve been in at 8am before and seen the handset on the side of the table so calls are not able to come in until their convenience. I never get seen by the same professional when I do get a meeting, and they never read my notes. Always asking me the most obvious questions and putting me in the awful position of having to re-explain everything. Seriously, my experience here has been so depressing that sometimes I just want to give up on the health issue and let nature do its thing. Apart from “telephone manners” this practice has nothing. And also I’ve been in and seen they attitude they have once a phone call is ended so that attitude is all fake. Ritchie street group practice makes me hate my life. Aaaaaargh

    Calling the practice is not a nice experience. I appreciate staff are likely overworked and it’s stressful but the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. In fact she hung up on me once she determined I wasn’t getting an appointment. All calls should always be handled with care or at least professionally. When I have seen the doctors in the past they have been great so it’s a shame that the experience before then is sub optimal.
