After ringing over 20 times to get a appointment in the morning they never answer the phone I finally got a appointment at 1.50 I arrived at 1.58pm due to being stuck in traffic no fault of my own the receptionist told me that they cannot see me and to rebook for another day didn’t even say wait in the waiting room and we’ll see u when we got space they said come back another day that is a poor service and poor example of laziness joke of a doctors and make me want to leave that place now

I was 10 min late for my appointment at no fault of my own got to riverbrook medical centre in Stirchely and they turned me away because of this not even re book the same day they told me to book for another day that doctors is the worst one ever and has made me don’t wanna be in that one anymore there a joke

I had my first appointment today with a wonderful doctor. She was so thorough and helpful. She took the time to put me at my ease and asked lots of pertinent questions. I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment and arranged aftercare. Thank you.

I phoned to ask for alternative prescription as the one the doctor prescribed was no longer being manufactured and needed alternative medication,the recipienist made me feel i was a inconvenience to phone up and asked this after my details and needs were told her she just put the phone down on me no thank you for calling no good bye just hung up on me.the recipienist needs training 8n politeness.recorded messsge at beginning says thay have experienced rudeness on the phone well im not suprised if the receptionists are this way on the phone when patients ring up for help.

I have had at least 4 experiences in the last few months where someone has gone above and beyond to get my needs met. One nurse fit me in to get my flu job, I got a much needed shingles vaccine and during three GP appointments I have experienced thorough questions and a feeling of genuine care. I’ve even had a pharmacist call to review my medication. In a day when people are often complaining it is important to know there are excellent GP practices in our NHS. And all the receptionists …. lovely.. extra care and sometimes a giggle.

Wait times on the phone are far too long. I spent almost an hour with the phone message saying I was next in the queue with a wait time of 59 minutes!? How is this even possible? When I finally got through to the surgery the receptionist was rude, when I was finally put through to a person before I could even speak to anyone I was "greeted" by someone who felt "yeah you're through to the surgery what do you want?" This feels highly unprofessional.
