    Do not sign up to this practice because you won't ever get an appointment! For 7 days I ring bang on 8am and I cant even get in a queue so I spend 15 mins hanging up and calling back constantly until I'm put in the queue come 8.20 all the appointments are gone and there's no other alternatives in getting an appt. It's absolutely disgusting when there could be people with a genuine serious problem that they need to be booked in for and can't because of the shocking booking system. You can't even book an appt for the next day or couple of days in the future because you have to ring on the day you want the appt. I don't want an appt 2 weeks in the future!!!

    Dear Patient, We are so sorry that you are unhappy with our access arrangements and would welcome a further discussion with you to learn more as we are often making changes to our telephone and booking system in response to patient feedback. It would be good if you can help us to meet the challenges of these unprecedented times for general practice. Please contact the surgery and ask for me, the Practice Manager to be involved.
