on approaching Reception Early Today , A warm Friendly Greeting I Received And Promptly Was Given A GP Appointment . Only After 15 Minutes My Name Was Called . Through The Doorway I Went , Greeted With A Warm Friendly Smile By The Lady GP . In The Treatment Room Put At Ease Being Nervous , I Was Examined And It Was Fully Explained The Treatment I Needed . I Left The Practice Fully Satisfied .

I have had an issue with accessing my prescriptions online which is how I usually order them. I have had really helpful support from secretaries and admin staff to get things sorted out so that the system was updated for future use, and more importantly, making sure the prescription was issued when I needed it. They were really supportive while I was in a panicky state.
