   Been trying to get an appointment for 2 days, even stayed on the line from 36th in the queue but phone line crashes after about an hour of waiting so you have to start over again. The online booking site is not working. Sent a message over chat to their site, but no response. Drove to the surgery as it is quite serious and I am in a lot of pain, only to be told there was nothing available for 3 weeks. There's no wonder the NHS is under so much pressure with private practices like this.
