I saw jS diabetic nurse today, she is a credit to this practise. I am always a little apprehensive about my check ups but she puts me at ease and she is kind, knowledgable and supportive. I feel she goes above and beyond in her role to support her patients and give the best care possible, thank you :)

Great service as ever today kind efficient.courteous..and they had to deal with an unruly rude man in reception....in the middle of everything.. you're all brilliant!!

I am a veteran of 39 years service. Can you confirm that you are till an Armed Forces Veteran Accredited GP Practice and have a dedicated doctor? My wife call the surgery today to try and make an appointment for myself but my doctor was not available. However, when my wife asked about the dedicated doctor for veterans they did not seem to know what she was talking about. On explaining what a "Veteran" was my wife was told by the Surgery staff that they had never heard of it!!

I can confirm we are still an Armed Forces Veteran Accredited GP Practice with a dedicated doctor, Dr Neill Bramble, information regarding this can be found on our practice website using the following link: https://www.riversidesurgery.co.uk/patient-information/armed-forces-veteran-accredited-gp-practice/ We have a number of new staff in the practice who clearly have not been made aware of this facility so we will ensure that this will be rectified today.
