Appointment was given in a sensible timescale with adequate time to have a face to face talk with the Doctor. The Dr listened to what I had to say and took immediate action to resolve both my issues. One of the issues resulted in a same day appointment with another partner within the practice and ultimately a minor skin operation which was performed by the practice partner within a few weeks of the initial appointment. An excellent service from all concerned.

I joined this practice 16 months ago. As a patient with a chronic illness I needed to see a gp face to face this week and this was my first attempt at getting an appointment. The phone was answered quickly, the reception staff were immediately helpful, I got an appointment and was also seen again later in the week. The practice was very professional and I got the help I needed without having to go through the triage phone calls that took place in my last practice. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it.
