The GP that I saw today was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I felt that the GP had time for me and really listened and cared.

I had an appointment with a Doctor (NHS don’t let you mention their names?). They were the best doctor I’ve had at this surgery. They were so thorough and informative explaining everything about my ultrasound results and conditions. Offering reassurance and explaining the next steps. I am very grateful that I got to see them.

I saw Dr b-gand as always she was absolutely brilliant. Always so incredibly caring and thorough. She always makes me feel heard, and this is so important. Thank Doctor and the team!

Have seen 2 different Dr's and would like to say how welcoming, caring and professional they both were. A huge asset to the Robert Frew medical centre. Both took time in listening and had such a caring nature.

Phoned on Monday morning didn't have to wait to long, got appointment with nurse same day.The nurse was extremely helpful & kind with her treatment.Also lady on reception was helpful as well.I would like to say thank you to both.Would not hesitate to recommend this surgery.

I have had the occasion to use the Econsult service and have been well impressed with the service. I left a request yesterday that was responded to and dealt with to my great satisfaction mid afternoon today. My request involved medication and I received a text by the end of the afternoon informing me an electronic prescription had been sent to my designated pharmacist. My request was dealt with speedily and efficiently, the doctor who dealt with my request was very helpful and provided me with useful information and advice. My sincere thanks is extended to all who provide such a great service at Robert Frew.
