I have been trying since February to get an online/ telephone / face to face appt and it’s been impossible . They only book appts in the morning and by the time you call in the afternoon they are fully booked for three weeks and won’t book beyond that ! Could they not keep some pre-booked appointments for people who are at work in the mornings and can’t spend 40/50 minutes on hold only to be told there are no appts left. Shocking I’ve not been able to see a GP since 2019 and have two long term health conditions.

Useless . Told last week no appointments so to use a phone link to request appointment. Instead get sent tablets to pharmacy. The reason I wanted the appointment was to discuss tablets. Then spent 25 minutes on phone this am to be told no appointments and need to ring tomorrow. This is unacceptable I will never get an appointment as I have to work at time to ring.

Finally after being here for a year manage to get a nurse appointment for a smear 2 years over due!! No letter no nothing, for it to be cancelled a day before. No more available for another month!! I wish we could move but no where's taking anyone. Can never get seen got so many things need sorting but can't get a look in!! Sick of it!!
