I called in at the practice yesterday to request a copy of a report. The staff were very quick to help and with a lovely friendly manner. At my previous Practice I’d have had to complete an application form at the very least! It’s so refreshing a) to feel welcome and b) to come away with what I’d gone in for. Thank you

I have never had any problems getting an appointment, they have always managed to see me. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. My only concern was the high turnover in doctors . I don't think I've ever seen the same one, more than once. Even though all are very good, it would be nice to have an allocated doctor, whom you know. But overall its a very good, well run practice.

I recently joined Roby and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. The practice is exceptional in providing amazing care to its patients. In fact, I was so impressed that I even convinced my sister, who was having trouble at her previous practice, to move here as well. One of the things that stood out to me about this practice is how small and friendly it is. The staff truly listen to the patients and make them feel heard and valued. They go above and beyond to ensure that every patient's needs are met. Just last week, I needed a last-minute appointment for my little girl. I called on a Friday around 2pm and they were able to accommodate us at 5pm. This was the second time I've needed such a last-minute appointment, and both times they were willing to make it work. Their flexibility and willingness to help is truly commendable. It's unfortunate that the NHS often gets a lot of negative attention, but this practice deserves all the praise it can get. They are outstanding in providing care to all patients and their dedication is evident in every interaction. Before joining, I had read the reviews, and I can confidently say that they accurately reflect the exceptional care provided by this practice. Thank you, Roby Medical Centre , for all that you do for your patients. Your commitment to providing excellent care is truly remarkable and greatly appreciated.

Amazing care on all levels, receptionists completed my son's medication requests in a timely and polite manner. The GP reviewed all my bloods and commenced me on the right medicication.the practice nurse ANP is so knowledgeable and experience. After 2 months with my previous practice, numerous hospital admission, she has made me breath again normally. No issues getting apptointments which is half the stress eleviated then to be greeted by caring people. Amazing and well done from and experienced nurse who understands pressures and still recieved top class treatment.

First, when I approached the reception, I arrived a bit early, the receptionist checked my name and asked me to take a seat waiting for calling by nurse. She was polite, friendly and had a smiling face. Not waiting too long, less than 5 minutes, I was called by nurse to have health check. It was earlier than originally scheduled appointment. I could have the check earlier. The nurse asked me about my health condition and life style thoroughly. She was very nice. Sometimes I didn’t catch her question and she was willing to repeat the question so that I could understand everything she said. She also explained to me that I can seek help by calling the surgery in case of need. The whole process had been very smooth. I would like to thank her for the health check.

I attended for covid jab, everything explained very clearly. Also ensured I was up to date with BP checks and Asthma reviews. Making further appointments were required. Very caring and approachable nurse.

On visiting my new doctor’s surgery enquiring about blood tests I had done. I was given the results of my test with a wonderful greeting from the staff who advised me the results I was waiting for. Staff are always so friendly and compassionate in all they do.

I have only been with this Practice for around 3 months and each time I have rang with an enquiry or to order a prescription, I have been treated with the upmost respect from any receptionist that answers the phone. They don't fob you off or ask you any very personal information on the phone, if they can't solve what you need straight away they will always get back to you on the same day to answer your enquiry. The only down fall I have found is.....I never joined this Practice years ago. Thank you to all of you for your continued service to an absolutely fabulous Practice. Keep up your excellent work.

Went for covid and flu vaccines, I had easily got an appointment when it was convenient for me. There was no wait, in fact I was seen early and the jab was painless.
