The doctor was very friendly and gave lots of information. Felt really positive leaving the practice. The admin staff also very friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be seen

From a polite and courteous person making my appointment by telephone to attending the appointment without any delays was very impressive. Not least the attention given by the GP.

From a courteous member of staff arranging a quick appointment time to attending with a GP exactly at the appointment time was a textbook way to run a service.

The GP was very friendly and personable, helping me feel more comfortable and reducing my anxiety. Everything was explained clearly and great advice given.

Ladies on reception very helpful and friendly as always. I have never had a problem booking an appointment and my repeat prescription is dealt with promptly.

You don't wait too long to get an appointment and very accommodating when it's an urgent appointment. Staff and GPs are very professional and put you at ease. Would not go anywhere else. Well done staff

I was put at ease once again as my Dad was given advice by the great staff as to what plan he has to use to give him quality of life. Very assuring to a near 90 year old man

The receptionist at this practice are the best I have ever come across. They will literally move mountains to accommodate you. I needed an appointment for my son and myself and they did everything they could to sort. When ordering my repeat they will always ring you back and let you know. Best receptionist ever!
