    Now that I’m in my 70’s I seem to be needing the nhs more than usual. I have recently noticed a big improvement in the functioning of the Roding Valley Practice. From making appointments to seeing a doctor ( although it is a shame that I seem to see a different one every time) . In particular, the advanced clinical practitioner who has been helping me and my wife has been absolutely fantastic. Keep up the good work.

    I would just like to leave a quick review to thank the surgery for all the help and excellent service they have provided to me over the years. My GP’s have always been supportive to me, but on this occasion, I would like to highlight their pharmacist (sorry, the review system does not allow any names to be mentioned) for her support and outstanding service in particular. Whether my appointments with her have been over the telephone or in person, she has been extremely professional, courteous and helpful every single time. She set up automated repeat prescriptions, arranged blood tests and even booked me in for physiotherapy appointments. All without any fuss and in a very timely manner. I couldn’t be more happy with my doctors or pharmacist, and I wanted to go on record to thank them and the rest of the team at the surgery for all their valued support. It doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Sincerely, thank you.

    It's the waiting time. I phoned on the 14/01/2025 around 10:30, having been sent a message that i needed to make an appointment for a medical review, before i could request any further medication. Upon telephoning the surgery, I was number 28 in the queue/I selected for a call back, however by the afternoon around 3pm i still hadn't received the call back as expected, therefore had to call the surgery again, at least i was number 3 in the queue, and was able to speak to a very helpful operator. The problem for me is that it is impossible to see my Doctor, or even get through to the surgery via telephone. I am not blaming the staff, as i know its happening everywhere, but the phoning the surgery situation appears to be getting worse instead of better.

    My father aged 94, received a very caring home visit from Dr a couple of weeks ago. The Dr took time listening and explaining and taking my dad's views into account. My father was left feeling a bit more in control of his medical situation but aware of the different risks. Thank you.

    I have been suffering from persistent stomach pain for over a year and recently followed up with Roding Valley Medical Centre regarding the results of a hospital scan. Initially, I was told the results had not arrived, but after pressing further, they were located. I was not informed in advance about the results or the next steps for managing my condition. When I asked for a copy of the scan findings, I was repeatedly sent back and forth between the hospital and the GP practice with no resolution. This has left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and still in pain with no clarity about my care. Improvements are urgently needed to ensure patients receive timely communication, clear follow-up plans, and access to their results without unnecessary delays or confusion

    Very Professional, the doctors listen well and are very friendly. I have a very good experience with them. the last time i was there the reception staff were so nice and the doctor i saw was very calm and listened well to me. The waiting line also moved really quickly which i was very happy about as i needed to go to work afterwards,
