Great service, had a bloodtest done, all done in 5 minutes, very efficient, my veins are difficult, but she got it first time, happy days

Attended for regular blood test after receiving a message with the date and time. I was promptly seen by a very pleasant and friendly nurse and quickly dealt with. Only complaint is the inadequate parking on the premises so could be prohibitive for disability patients.

I have been trying on line and by phone to make an appointment.i filled in an on line form and got a text from a doctor asking me to make an appointment,however when I phoned the surgery I was told there were no appointments and as they would only book two weeks in advance I had to phone every morning for a cancellation.however when I call there are never any appointments!I only want a referral but can’t get that unless I see a doctor.

On arrival I used the new electronic sign in system which was easy to use. Staff were very helpful and I waited between 5 -10 min to be seen. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

I saw a very thorough and helpful lady at 9.45 on Thursday 18th July and would like to reiterate my thanks to her for taking time to explain what various blood tests meant.

I recently called the surgery for an urgent appointment - the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. I was squeezed in that day and the nurse I saw was fantastic - professional, clear, efficient, knowledgeable. I also saw a Doctor (May?) who was equally efficient, reassuring and extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience from beginning to end was 10/10. Thank you very much.

3 months now i have tried to get to find out why i am loosing weight and other problems. i keep getting xrays and bloods taken to find nothing. then i get tole to come in for a prostate exam. i turn up at 3.15 thinking this is my appointment time. not to be told any different by the already busy secretary. who is dealing with admin not patients. not her fault. i wait 45 mins then go to cancel my appointment. i say ive been waiting they are looking at my appointment. i then could not make a new appointment for a non work day which is Saturday as they only have female staff working. no men. so Saturdays are woman only day. because of the exam i would prefer to see my normal doctor. but can not get an appointment to see him ever. So i end up having to leave with no exam and no appointment. to then get a call when im home by the doctor or student nurse to be told my appointment was at 4.15. By the time i get diagnosed i would have died. The government are breaking the NHS

The GP who called did so on time and was very clear and helpful. Prescribed medication at once (Friday evening) so I was able to pick it up on Saturday in time to begin the course tomorrow Sunday. Most grateful.

Very busy reception desk but nonetheless friendly staff and good customer service. Very happy with the standard of care and efficient delivery Nurse was very helpful and gentle with her treatment of me and GP was over and above in her care She listened to my concerns and took time to diagnose my situation xx
