A sudden non-emergency health problem with which I needed assistance was reported at ca, 14.30, by 16.00 I was seeing the most professional and understanding paramedic and getting all the help I needed . Finally signed off by duty doctor. A very fine experience - Most impressed.

The practice nurse was completely on the ball. Nephrology at rde had overlooked me, she contacted them and by the time I got to my car I received an appointment by text

Even if I have very short time during the face to face appointment in the end I have had everything what I needed. I fully recommend this practice to enyone mowing to the Lympstone area.

So impressed by the Receptionist taking my call and the Nurse (Phlebotomist). I required a blood test to monitor my Colorectal Cancer. Because if pressures on Staff I was fully expecting a long wait. I was seen the next day. Many thanks.

Seen promptly nice and kind attitude with helpful advice. Getting appointments is usually difficult when phoning into reception.

I know the pressure the practice is, presently, experiencing but most grateful that, when needed I am able to secure a face to face appointment. It is reassuring to know that my current illness does not have any serious underlying problems and, with adjustment to my medication my recovery will be forthcoming. I compliment Nurse on her care and empathy.

GP telephoned me in the timeframe agreed and made several suggestions to help my condition. Was clear and concise and put my mind at rest. Further checkup date arranged at a time that suited me. I have always found GPs, nurses and reception staff at Claremont extremely good, understanding and caring. Thank you all.

Doctor was very kind, listened well and was quick to find solution to my problem. All the Doctors I have had contact with have all been of a similar caring nature and very knowledgeable.
