    My husband had very low pulse they took immediate action Excellent service got him to hospital quickly for a pacemaker that day kind and efficient and positively dealt with many thanks to Doctor and paramedic

    I attended the surgery for a blood test. I was called in on time by the nurse and dealt with very efficiently and in a pleasant friendly manner.

    As with every visit, the staff were welcoming, proffesional, empathetic, informative, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Awlways seen within 15 minutes of appointment time and generally within 10. Easilly the best of those that I have been registered with.

    I have been dealing with practice for many years. My dealings from making appointments to medical treatment is all ways of the highest level of service. Professional and always caring. Thank you everyone.

    The doctors and nurses at Claremont are both experienced professional and friendly I have remained with the Practice for that very reason and will continue to support them Always friendly and even during these times of work overload I manage to speak to someone regarding any health issues Admin staff always supportive too Well done Claremont

    My husband Jeffery and I went for our 5th covid and flu jabs on Saturday 1st October 2022. We were dealt with promptly and in a very friendly and efficient way. Thank you. We forgot to ask what type of COVID vaccine was used. No paper record was offered, rather a note was made on the computer records. We hope the NHS confirmation letter about this COVID vaccination will say which type of vaccine was used. Thanks to all concerned. Patricia M Coombes (Raleigh Surgery)

    Called as husband as massive swollen ankle and can’t walk, called to see a doctor and before I could speak was told call at 8 am or wait 3 weeks, I asked what is he supposed to do and then we’ll go MIU. Talk about personal skills ! Clearly she’s had a bad day but I only asked to see a doctor and was immediately shot down. I appreciate your busy like everyone else but with genuine health issues please have some respect !

    I contacted the surgery via an e-consult form Monday morning on bel and of my young child and was advised what to do via text later that morning. The next day I called at 8am, was 14th in the queue…when the call was answered I was offered a face to face straight away or phone-call, I decided to choose a phone call, I was then called back within 2 hours. We were seen at the surgery an hour later. After a very lovely consultation, I left feeling calm, with a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy, a plan of action of what to do next & lovely explanations of what was potentially going on. My child get calm throughout the consultation, and was actively encouraged to be involved throughout as it was for their health. Overall just such a wonderful experience and I couldn’t rate the surgery high enough. They’re always so knowledgable whenever we’ve needed to contact them. We have found them to be very efficient and helpful. Especially with the way that the NHS is under so much pressure at the moment.
