We were dilighted to find an Audio and Visual announcement system, which can help the Disabled and elderly community who suffer from vision and hearing loss. Apart from that the receptionist was very helpful accommodating. The last and not least the Doctor initials are “kk” is Always helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work and continue to increase accessibility the way you are. A big thank you and congratulations!!

Love my Gp excellent in everything helpful and has empathy on all things happening to patients. I have recently gone through a lot health wise and my gp has been on hand to help me every step referring me to the right specialist and chasing up my referrals. Also staff are amazing always ready to help and give as soon as they can always working around the patients time too

I'm waiting for my new Catheter night drainable bags ,the GP was decent and nice, the receptionist was also decent and nice.

Good service I am very pleased with the doctor and staff. I was in so much pain and it did not take long to get back to me. I am using the medication and feeling better slowly.

My experience was extremely positive. I felt listened to and the doctor took on board all my concerns. She was very helpful and I was very happy with the outcome she arranged.

I called the practice Friday morning with a concern and as it was not a medical emergency, did not expect a call the same day or from my regular GP. However I was contacted within 6 hours by said GP and was listened to carefully and referred to the right clinic. I was also able to discuss blood tests and progress of other referrals, so the GP was very generous with his time. I feel safe with the staff at this great practice.

The doctor I saw on the 8th May 2024 is the best, once you get through all the hoops for an appointment. He is the best doctor, reception let the surgery down, you wait ages to get through

I got an appointment within a day of submitting an email to the practice. The doctor gave a lot of helpful advice and spent time to go through it with me.

I contacted the surgery because of pain in my back. I was called back and was able to discuss my issues more over when the Doctor decided that I should see him, it was already late. But he assured me that he will wait for me. He did and was able to get treatment. Even the receptionist waited to assist. I can’t be more overwhelmed with their effort to make me feel I am valued and my health matters.
